Swedish
Trinity Lutheran Church
Dover, Morris County
The congregation was organized about 1872 as the Swedish Trinity Lutheran
church, one of four Swedish congregations in the city. Although the
building was greatly altered in 1984, one can still see the outline
of the 1894 structure—a tall, narrow meetinghouse, lacking the
aisles and the small “chancel” we see from Blackwell Street.
