Central Missionary Baptist Church
Jersey City, Hudson County

Central Missionary Baptist was organized in 1870 and this large building,
located on Pavonia Avenue, was erected in 1882. Somewhere I noted
that it is attributed to Patrick Keely, who did very few of his 600-some
churches for anyone other than a Catholic parish or diocese.
