Calvary Presbyterian Chapel
Newark, Essex County

Calvary Chapel sits on Pennsylvania Avenue near Murray. It is a red
brick building with its date of erection, 1867, above the door. It began
as a Sunday School and chapel until the larger stone church was erected
in 1883.
