Old Paramus Reformed Church
Ridgewood, Bergen County

The congregation was organized in 1725 and this stone Reformed church
erected in 1800, succeeding a previous one erected in 1735. The window
surrounds and the front porch are later
additions, also similar to those in Dumont and Bergenfield.
In scale it is a small church, rather like the English
Neighborhood Reformed church in Ridgefield.
See Ellis Derry, Old and Historic Churches
of New Jersey. Union City: Wm. Wise & Co, 1979.
National
Register.
