Broad
Street Methodist Episcopal Church
Trenton, Mercer County
In 1872
Methodists built another church a mile or so south of the First Methodist
church. Following a convention of the time, they called it the Broad
Street ME church, and they enlarged in in 1888. Today it has been stuccoed
(it was, presumably, a red brick building) and painted yellow, but clearly
remains recognizably a church. It is now occupied by the Pentecostal
Assembly of God.
