Christ [Episcopal] Church
Trenton, Mercer County

Christ Episcopal started, as many churches did in the 19th century as
a Sunday School, organized to serve a part of the city several miles
from the nearest Episcopal church sometime prior to 1885, when regular
Sunday evening services began. The church was built in 1887. The design
is a rather standard small-parish Episcopal style, except for the clerestory
windows that are normally found only on much larger churches.
