St. Cloud Presbyterian Church
West Orange, Essex County

There are so many intriguing aspects and perspectives that I found myself really hoping this church turns out to have been built in the nineteenth century. Many of the elements can be found on other churches of that period, but the lack of real weathering of the stone, and the location—a block off Prospect next to the golf course—leads me to suspect that this is was erected in the twentieth century.
